Will the delivery time of my order be affected?
Delivery times are affected by a number of different variables. Some orders may experience delays due to restrictions that could impact one or more of our global production facilities or shipping partners.
Shipping
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
For Pre-Order of the Gator plush:
Preorder period: February 1 to March 1, 2023 (EST). All orders will be sent out from May 31, 2023.
Estimated delivery: 3-9 days business days after the order shipped. Speed and price depend on product type and destination.
What tracking options are there?
All orders will be sent through FedEx International Priority, full tracking will be available for the shipment.
Can you include custom messages for my orders?
Sorry, we are not able to do this yet.
Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You are responsible for these fees.
Refund/Reshipment
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

UNCLAIMED/ RETURNED ITEM(S) Disclaimer:
The buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the customs declaration, and for paying any duty and tax - dependent on your region. We will not be responsible for any "unclaimed item(s)" from your import duty customs in your own region. Unclaimed/ Returned item(s) will not be refundable. The buyer is responsible for "Returns" postage costs.
Note: Please make sure all your address/contact is correct for delivery purposes. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages due to postage negligence, as it is not within our control. We will, however, ensure that all items are packed and shipped accordingly upon shipping.
